I added some new items:

Trim wheels

3D printed spade grip for joystick

Spade grip for joystick is printed! It is printed with ABS filament.

I treated it with acetone to look at the cast metal.

Spade grip will be painted with matt black paint, so it will be not so shiny :)

Spade grip and lower mounting are ready for printing.

It is possible to visualise parts and printing paths in 3D printing Repetier-Host software. 

Some changes for 3D printing

I've added some sections to make 3D printing more effective.

And now internal mechanisms are simpler and stronger.

Test of dimensions - 3D printing

Today I did some 3D printing tests of mounting for bearings. Dimensions are OK, but walls are too thin, so I need to add some millimeters to gain some strength.
